LADWP Outreach and Community Partnership

LADWP Outreach and Community Partnership - Owens Valley – A grant received in 2018 is bringing outreach and education on LADWP’s programs to the Owens Valley for the first time. With an emphasis in reaching the geographically-isolated region and income qualified ratepayers, HSEF is working with the Inyo Mono Advocates for Community Action (IMACA) to provide information on programs and incentives for energy efficiency to LADWP customers.
